Christmas Cake Tops

It was from this wedding cake design that another area opened up for me. I was commissioned to make a Christmas cake decoration. For this design I used an old photograph of the 1930's Hollywood actress Jean Harlow wearing a 'bias' cut dress. The photograph reminded me of a story I was told as a child about a Snow Queen. With this idea in mind I designed a Christmas cake top called 'The Snow Queen'.
